About this single tracker

For landlords with a few rentals. Rent posts itself on each due date, so you only record what happens: payments, late fees, other charges and deposits. Pick any month to see who paid on time, who paid late and who still owes.

List each tenancy once with its rent, due day, grace days and late fee from the lease, and the ledger charges rent on every due date by itself, including a renewal at a new rent. Record payments, fees, credits and deposit movements as they happen and each tenant's balance stays current.

The Collection sheet shows any month at a glance: on time, in grace, paid late or owed, with the late fee each lease sets and whether you posted it. Late fees are never added for you, because whether you charge one is your call. Deposits are recorded and kept out of the rent balance. One workbook per calendar year, with a one-page how-to and a filled-in example for an invented landlord with six units.
