01Agreement

These terms govern your use of the System & Supply website and your purchase of products from it. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Product License, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

02Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse, in which case any payment will be refunded.

03Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After payment you receive access to a secure downloads page and an email with a link to that page. Individual download links are time-limited for security. Returning to the page gives you fresh ones, and we can resend the page link on request.

04Acceptable use of the site

• Don’t attempt to access download files you haven’t purchased.
• Don’t interfere with the site’s security or operation, or scrape it at scale.
• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.

05Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don’t guarantee they’ll meet every requirement of your business, jurisdiction, or industry. Products are not a substitute for professional advice.

06Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, System & Supply’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after the update.
