Product License

01The short version

When you buy a System & Supply product, you receive a license to use it inside one business — including all of that business’s employees, contractors, and locations. You can edit it, brand it, and use it every day for as long as you like.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, either as they are or modified, and you may not use them to create a competing product.

02License grant

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable price, System & Supply grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to download, copy, modify, and use the purchased product for the internal operations of a single business entity (the “Licensed Business”).

• Use across all employees, contractors, and locations of the Licensed Business.
• Unlimited copies for internal use, on any number of devices and accounts.
• Full modification — wording, structure, branding, and formatting.
• Printing for internal use and for sharing completed documents with customers.

03Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow others to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product files, in original or modified form.
• Upload blank or lightly modified templates to marketplaces, template libraries, or file-sharing services.
• Share purchase or download links publicly or outside the Licensed Business.
• Use the products, or substantial parts of them, to create a competing product for sale.
• Remove copyright notices from setup guides or documentation.

04Agencies, consultants & client work

If you provide services to other businesses, you may use the product to deliver that work. You may give a client a completed, customized document produced with the product (for example, a filled-in operations manual or a configured tracker) as part of a paid engagement.

You may not hand clients the blank templates for their own ongoing reuse, or install the same product across multiple client businesses. Each client business that will use the product independently needs its own license.

05Ownership

System & Supply retains all intellectual property rights in the products. Content you add — your business information, wording, and data — remains yours.

06Updates

When a product is revised, the updated version is made available to existing customers at no additional cost under the same license.

07Not professional advice

Products are practical starting points, not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or safety advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and industry. You are responsible for reviewing documents — particularly agreements, waivers, and policies — with qualified advisors before use.

08Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the product. Sections on ownership and limitations survive termination.
