Job Intake & Site Assessment Kit
For water, fire and mold restoration companies with 1 to 20 people, for the technician on the first visit
A per-room deodorization treatment record, a door notice, a room odor check and clearance record, then the closeout: a final walkthrough, punch list, a fire-specific completion acknowledgment and a job file index, with a workbook for treatments, room status, punch items and run hours.
For owners, project managers and lead technicians who run deodorization on structure fires and close the job out. Each treatment is recorded by room: method, product and safety data sheet, equipment ID, start and stop, run hours, occupancy and how smoke alarms were handled, with odor before and after on your own scale. Sealing rows ask whether the surface was cleaned and checked first.
A room is cleared when it passes your recorded check: who checked, how and when. There is no numeric odor standard, so the pack records the check rather than calling a room odor-free. Re-entry and occupancy wording comes from your product label, SDS and equipment manufacturer. The workbook tracks every room from first treatment to cleared, keeps the punch list and an SDS index, and totals run hours by unit for billing. The completed example follows one kitchen fire from the first air scrubber to the last punch item.
